Reset your SortSpoke password

Forgot your password and need help resetting it?

Step 1 - Click 'Forgot password?'
Start at the SortSpoke Login page, and click the Forgot password? link.
Step 2 - Enter your email
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Request reset link.
Step 3 - Email sent
Please check your inbox. SortSpoke will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
NOTE: Password emails can sometimes be flagged in your Spam/Junk folders.
Step 4 - Click the link in your email
When you receive the email from SortSpoke, please click the Reset Password button. If you have trouble with the button, you can copy and paste the full URL found below into your browser.

Step 5 - Show Password
After following the link from the email, you'll be able to get your new password by clicking the Show Password button.
NOTE: You can only view this password once. Remember to save it!
You can copy your new password to your clipboard by clicking on it once. NOTE: You can only view this password once. Remember to save it!
Step 6 - Login with your new password
After copying your new password, click Proceed to login and use your email address and new password to login to SortSpoke.
